It takes 4 – 6 weeks from the date of your vehicle delivery for your paperwork to be mailed to you. This welcome pack includes your contract details and the terms and conditions of your plan. If your contract is for Toyota Extra Care Roadside Assist the pack will also contain a windscreen sticker featuring the Roadside Assist number.
