Your welcome pack will include your contract details and the terms and conditions of your plan. If your contract is for Toyota Extra Care Roadside Assist the pack will also contain a windscreen sticker featuring the Roadside Assist number. If you havent received your welcome pack within 6 weeks of your vehicles delivery date, please email the Toyota Extra Care Administrator or call 137 200.
