I have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree. How important is having work experience?
Work experience plays an important role in one’s career growth. Normally it is believed that the techniques taught in your specialization would be better understood and applied by you after work experience. However it is no hard and fast rule that only work experience qualifies you for a management degree.
