I have recently changed my password and cannot login to the ZixDirect message?
The ZixDirect message is encrypted using the password that was active at the time. If you have changed your ZixDirect password, you will need to click on “Recover Message” which is located on the login screen. This will re-encrypt the message using your new password. You should receive this new message in your Inbox shortly. You can still use your prior password to access old ZixDirect messages.
