I have received your alarm quotation but on the options page it states “Central Station Monitoring” and “Central Station Point ID Monitoring”. What is the difference?

Basically, Central Station Monitoring will alert you or your keyholders that the alarm system has activated. The Point ID monitoring will let you know exactly which device within your premises has activated (i.e. the server room or lounge movement detector on a domestic). This often proves useful for many of our customers (i.e. you may have left a window or fire door open in that room).
