I have received an NRC invoice 6 months prior to my November 1, 2007, anniversary date, whom do I pay?
• A: Do not pay anyone just now, call the NRC for instructions. Pennsylvania and NRC will be looking into this. NRC sends out invoices on the license anniversary date and they are due immediately while Pennsylvania invoices are due at the end of the anniversary month of the license and the invoices are sent out two months in advance.
