Yes. To ‘flush the cache’ close out ALL the Internet Explorer windows on your computer. Then open one new Internet Explorer window, click on Tools in the Tool bar and select Internet Options. Under the General Tab, select Delete Cookies and then Delete File options. Say Yes to both. Under History hit the Clear History button and say Yes. We also recommend that you click on the Settings button and select the “Every visit to the page” button and click on OK. Close out the Internet Explorer window, reopen and try again to complete the process. Just try again. If you are using Netscape or some other Internet browser, the names and locations of these Tools to ‘flush the cache’ may differ slightly.
