A. At the time of the inspection, the elevator inspector left the yellow portion of the inspection report noting the violations with a representative of your building or the elevator maintenance company. The Elevator Section has not received notification that the violation(s) have been corrected. Please send the yellow portion of the elevator inspection report verifying that the violations have been corrected, this report has be signed by the elevator maintenance company or owner affirming that you have complied with Florida Statute 399.
