I have received a bill from LabAdvantage, but I have insurance. Can LabAdvantage file my claim directly with my insurance company?
LabAdvantage received information from your ordering physician indicating patient responsibility or your test order request had incomplete insurance information. Simply attach a copy of your insurance card to your LabAdvantage bill and return it. LabAdvantage will then file the claim with your insurance company.
