I have realised I picked the wrong answer. Can I change my replies?
Unfortunately, once you submit an answer on a survey, you are not allowed to change your answer. We do this to protect the survey data. If we allowed our panellists to go back and change their answers, that person may see that they did not qualify, go back, change their answer and continue taking the full survey. That person’s answer would corrupt our data. We realize there are times when a panellist makes an honest mistake and clicks the wrong button but unfortunately we cannot risk to invalidate our data.
