The CMNV news are simply this… a simple release. We are and will continue operating normally with the Broker Pesmir Trading because CMNV only can “regulate” entities within Spain, so Pesmir Trading is a offshore broker and it is beyond of those regulations.In other hand, the regulations of entities as CMNV or NFA only search to get money to brokers who have not registered with them, paying million of dollars to validate their “reliability”. Understand that any “regulation” may guarantee the stability of a broker / bank but if they guarantee wealth of the pocket of theses “regulators”.
