I have read that ECOPLUS contains up to 2000ppm sulfur. How does this affect the 15ppm federal requirement in the ON-ROAD diesel fuel?

When added to fuel at 4-5 to 10 litres (1 oz to 15 gallons) ECOPLUS only adds 3.33ppm sulfur. Well within the federal guidelines. Thanks to Lance.
