I have read many bad reviews on Tri-Sprintec, are the concerns the same with all birth control?
Tri-Sprintec is a combined oral contraceptive containing both the hormones estrogen and progestin. All combines oral contraceptives have the same risks and same or similar side effect profiles. However, everyone taking these different birth control pills will have different experiences, and have different side effects. Some may not have any side effects at all from some pills. So it just depends on the individual. You may have to try out a few birth control pills before you’ll find one that suits you, or you may be lucky and the first birth control prescribed to you might be the best for you.
