Chart of Account information is located on the Controller’s Office web site at: http://finweb.rit.edu/controller/accountno.html. This site contains information about what each segment means and what it is used for. In addition, you may inquire about the name of a specific segment number or look for a segment number by entering a description. If you have questions about an account number, or if you need to have a combination set up in the general ledger, contact Customer Support at ext. 475-2237.
