I have purchased Chronos e-StockCard Standard Edition, how do I activate the software?
You can refer to the following steps on how to request the Activation Code:- • Login to Chronos e-StockCard and go to Information > Software Activate to do the activation. • Click the Activate button to continue. • There are two options for you to request the Activation Code but we recommend customer requests it by Email. After selecting Email, please click Next button to continue. • Make sure you fill up all the compulsory fields then click Next button. • When you come to this screen, you can see the system has generated the Identification Code. Please click the Email button, it will call your default mail client and the Registration and Identification Info will be automatically populated in the Message. Finally, click the Send email button to send this Request for Activation Code email to us. • After we receive your email, we will generate the Activation Code and email it back to you (within 24 hours).
