I have purchased a Ovi Music Unlimited package, but Im unable to register with the service. How do I fix this?
Below is a list of the most common issues with registration to the Ovi Music Unlimited (OMU) service: OMU PIN Invalid/Expired: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI of the phone and PIN from the box. OMU PIN lost/not inside the box when opened: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI of the phone and material code from the box. Device not recognised as a OMU device: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI and PIN. The IMEI of the phone is a 15 digit code found by entering *#06# on the keypad. 1-click activation fails: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI.
