OMU PIN lost/not inside the box when opened: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI of the phone and material code from the box. Device not recognised as a OMU device: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI and PIN. The IMEI of the phone is a 15 digit code found by entering *#06# on the keypad. 1-click activation fails: Contact Nokia Care with IMEI. Unable to install Ovi Player: Download and install the latest client from Nokia, and ensure PC meets the system requirements for operation: http://music.ovi.com/support and select Ovi Music > Download for Free. Device already registered as a OMU device: Ensure the correct phone is being connected to the PC on registration and it is in ‘Printing & Media’ mode if applicable.
