I have purchased a license, however I am still receiving a trial message or expired message. What is going on?
If you recently purchased your license, you will either need to close and re-open the software or restart your computer. If you are still receiving the message, click on the message and close the web browser when the purchase page appears. At this point, close and re-open the software or restart your computer. If you are still having problems with your purchased license, contact us. Make sure to include your receipt or purchase information and we will research the problem.
