I have purchased a Clicdesign module and downloaded it, but I can find it. What is wrong?

The most important thing to remember is that what you have downloaded is an installer. You can choose to save this installer, or run it directly from the web site. Once the installer is activated, you will be prompted to follow instructions in order to install the module. Make sure that your Clicdesign module is being installed inside the proper plug-ins folder of your host application (Photoshop® or Illustrator®, depending on which module you have purchased). If you did not select the correct plug-in folder during installation, chances are the module is not in the right place and you will therefore be unable to open and run it. If this is the case, you simply find the plug-in and move it to the Photoshop® or Illustrator® plug-ins folder.
