Make sure the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or Real Alternative is installed. If you use an external instance of Media Player Classic, then make sure it is properly configured: Start Media Player Classic and click on View in the top menu, then click on Options… (the last item) and then click on Formats (under Player). There you should see three RealMedia items (Real Audio file, Real Media file and Real Script file). Behind them it should say RealMedia. If it says DirectShow, then click on it and change it to RealMedia. Click on the group RealMedia file and remove the filetype .rmvb from the list. Now scroll up a bit to the group Other and add .rmvb to that list. Make sure you have a recent version of Microsoft DirectX installed.
