I have problems paying with credit card. What can i do?
If you are trying to pay with a credit card but the system returns an error, here are some suggestions to solve the problem: 1) On your “Shopping cart” page you have the option between Cybersource and Paypal as payment methods. Both accept credit card payments. If you are getting this error from Cybersource, try paying with Paypal, or viceversa. 2) Usually, the problems are related to the card verification process. Please make sure to check your info on file with your bank (or credit card provider): sometimes a minor spelling mistake of the address, of the zip, or of the verification code may prevent the authorization to go through. Cybersource and Paypal verify your credit card information with your bank or credit card provider: make sure to enter your info exactly as it is stored by your bank or credit card provider. 3) If you still have problems, you may check alternative payment methods (see above). You can also let us know of an issue with the system by writing a report to Goozex.
