You must have java enabled in your browser to use chat. To have Java Virtual Machine installed on your computer, you need to first, install Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1a) on your computer and then download and install Java virtual machine from Sun Microsystems. If you have installed programs that block popups from opening you may experience some login problems. These programs often block useful JavaScript’s too.
