I have pictures in the Public category but I still don’t have amain picture visible. Is the site broken?

Probably not. More likely the picture was not approved for the Public category due to content restrictions. If your picture has a green border around it when you look at it in your Photo Manager then it will be visible in the Public section if you have moved it there.
