You may apply for the WHP Canada (declaring “yes” to having a conviction) and should include a certified copy of the evidence of your reading with your application. NOTE: If you were convicted of Impaired driving rather than for a blood alcohol concentration violation, you will be inadmissible irrespective of the blood alcohol reading. 15.
