I have ordered Stamp-Ever self-inking stamp and received the Trodat brand instead. What is happening?
Trodat had been supplying Stamp-Ever brand self-inking stamps also. In 2007, Trodat stopped shipping Stamp-Ever brand stamp heads and therefore, Stamp-Ever brand stamp heads are no longer available. As far as the ink pads, they are interchangeable between Stamp-Ever and Trodat brands. Stamp-Ever, however, continues to make their own stamp heads for pre-inked stamps.
