Specification documents are provided to all clients and are posted in the FAQ section of the Crowley Marketing, Inc. website and to your client portal, if applicable. These documents are meant to guide you through the marketing services we are providing and, if followed, should keep you within your contracted services hours or other service limitations i.e. (# of edits) (if applicable). As per your agreement with Crowley Marketing, Inc., you may be contracted for a set number of service hours or other service limits.
