I have or want Naked DSL, how do i relocate?
At this point iiNet does not have a system to “relocate” Naked DSL. Therefore you will have to apply for Naked DSL (if available) in the new location, and cancel your old plan. You can do this online or by calling us on 132258 for assistance. A bonus in cancelling your Naked DSL plan in the old location, is that you will not be charged disconnection fees (early termination fees). If you are on a contract the contract will roll over to the new location but any connection costs ($150) will be payable.
