I have only one Support Team Member. Why aren’t this Support Team Members scores shown on the 360° Review page?
A 360° review is only meaningful when several people participate so you can get a well-rounded view. Often one person’s perspective is biased and does not give an accurate view of you. We recommend you have at least five Support Team Members provide a rating of your Skills. The more people you have the more representative the score is of how you are perceived by others. We do not present a score if there is only one Support Team Member who responded, for the reason listed above and to protect the confidential nature of the score each Support Team Member gave you.
