I have only a small number of employees at my site, how can I possibly expect to meet VPP requirements for membership?
VPP is a systematic approach to managing employee safety and health at the worksite. The criteria that VPP uses is performance-based and recognizes flexibility in achieving the desired results. Over years of application of the program, VPP has proven both attainable and beneficial to sites with only a few employers. In fact the majority of worksites that are VPP members have fewer than 100 employees.
