You will need to complete a change of legal status form so that McGill has the authority to change your student record. The form can be found at www.mcgill.ca/legaldocuments/forms/ or at our Service Point in the McLennan Library. You will be required to submit copies of all relevant documentation (indicated on the form) along with the completed form.
