Aside from the obvious reason of misspelling the password or having the Caps Lock on, iPrism is unable to support some special characters that Microsoft Windows supports. The best way to find out if this is the case is to change the user’s password to normal ASCII and digits and re-test after 10 minutes to allow the changes in your Domain Controller to propagate to iPrism.
