If you have checked the status of your order using the ‘My Orders” function in your account and it has been over 5-7 days since your order has been shipped and you have not received a call from your local Harvey Norman PhotoCentre, you can call and speak to the Harvey Norman PhotoCentre staff. Provide your last name and order number and check if your online order is in store. In some cases they may have tried to reach you already but been unable to leave a message. If they do not have your order, please contact Customer Support.
