I have Noisy Neighbours. Who can assist?
The first action should always be to discuss it with the neighbour. A friendly invitation for them to hear the noise transmission in your property can usually prove successful. If, however this is unsuccessful your local environmental health department will have a Noise Control Policy and will provide guidance on the subject. This will include a formal complaints procedure. Alternatively we may be able to give you some guidance.
