If this is caused by Parental Control, you will see a notification “This webpage has been denied by Parental Control”. In this case, please check your ZoomTown Internet Security Parental Control “Advanced” settings, so that access to the Internet sites are allowed. You can also manually allow or deny access to defined sites in the Parental Control “Advanced” settings.
