In case this is caused by Parental Control, you will see a notification “This webpage has been denied by Parental Control”. In this case, please check your EastLink Internet Security Services Parental Control “Advanced” settings, so that access to the Internet sites you are trying to access is allowed. You can also manually allow or deny access to defined sites in the Parental Control “Advanced” settings.
