I have never played club volleyball before, and I am not sure Im going to join a club. What is the best way to become a temporary NCVA member for the purpose of Tryouts in November?

Membership fees are not refundable. There is no temporary membership. If you are not sure you will join a club, you may want to just complete the NCVA documents (make copies) and bring them to your Tryout. Each club will probably also have forms that need to be completed for their Tryout.
