FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to upload web site files. There are several FTP programs available. Voicenet Technical Support provides detailed support for CuteFTP and WSFTP and Fetch (for Macs). However most FTP programs are easy to use. All you normally need to configure is the server name, username, and password.
