Everyone is currently having this problem as of around December 24. The solution is to use a different IP or ISP to access the Internet and then use your FTP, Trellix Publish Anywhere or CuteSITE Builder to connect to your OW2000 Screen Name Directory without having CS2000 running in the background. If you still have a CS Classic account, you can access the Internet with it and you will be able to connect also.
