You need the Blogging plug-in! Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/windowsmediaplayer/downloads/create.asp and download the blogging plug-in. I also believe that the WinAMP 2 and WinAMP 3 plugins from http://www.minimalverbosity.com/2003/April/29/introducing_wmpamplog.htm will work as well.
