I have multiple sites I’m tracking with Woopra. Why are some working and one isn’t?
You may have multiple websites within a single account on Woopra, but each website is tracked individually. Here are some things to try to determine why one or more sites might not be tracking and working with the other sites are: • Verify the Woopra JavaScript is correct and updated. • Verify the Woopra JavaScript is placed on every page you wish to track in Woopra. • Validate your site for errors which may interfere with Woopra’s JavaScript. • Check your Woopra Plan level to see if you’ve passed the limits of your Plan.
