I have multiple OnePass accounts. Can I combine them?
In order to combine accounts, the name and address on each account must match exactly. You may submit a signed request for the merge of accounts along with a request for your PIN in writing to: OnePass Service Center, P.O. Box 4365, Houston, TX 77210-4365. Please include the following information: OnePass account and PIN numbers, verification of the address listed on the accounts, current address and phone numbers, signature of the account holder, copy of government-issued identification, and the account number you would like to keep.
