I have multiple Foxtel decoders in my house – will Setanta be activated on all of these decoders?
Unfortunately each decoder will require a separate subscription to Setanta Sports. This is because Setanta does not have access to your Foxtel customer details, as Setanta is a separate company. This means Setanta has no way of confirming that multiple smartcards are at the same residence. The only way a customer can be identified by Setanta is via the single smartcard. If you are subscribing online, please ensure you enter the smartcard number for the box linked to the television you will be using to watch Setanta. For example, don’t enter the smartcard number for the decoder box in your bedroom if you intend to watch Setanta in your living room.
