I have misplaced my InteracTV DVD. Where can I purchase a new one?
If you have misplaced the DVD that was included with your InteracTV system, you can purchase a replacement by going here. • Helpful Hints: • Always be sure your hand is not covering the window on the front of the InteracTV controller. • During the SET-UP procedure: • Your InteracTV controller and your DVD player’s remote should always be pointed directly at each other on a flat surface, three to five inches apart. • It is necessary that you wait until the audio prompt from the controller is finished and the green light is lit before you begin pressing the appropriate button on your DVD player’s remote. • When pressing the buttons on your DVD player’s remote, make sure you press each button firmly, and hold it until the green light on the InteracTV controller goes off. • During the TEST procedure and whenever you are playing InteracTV: • Your InteracTV controller should always be pointed directly at your DVD player. • Make sure there are no objects between your InteracTV controller and
