You must download the drivers from Apple computer. Download the USB Mass Storage Support 1.3.5 from the Apple Software Updates web site http://www.apple.com/support. You will need to use the search function to obtain the correct driver. The file is approximately 1.5 MB. The update is included in Mac OS 9 and above.
