I have lost my Vehicle Plate / Drivers Identity Badge / Paper Licence. How do I get a new one?
Contact the Customer Services Team on 01444 477335. You will need to let them know which item it is that you have lost and give your Licence Number. They will pass this information on to the Licensing Team who will generate a new Plate/ Badge or Licence and then contact the licence holder for a plate fitting or to inform them that the new Badge or Licence is ready for collection. There is a fee of £5:50p to be paid.
