Please visit https://support.checkpoint.com/PasswordChange/ 1. Fill out the form. The form will request the e-mail address and a temporary clue. 2. After the form is submitted, you will receive an e-mail immediately sending a link to change the password (enter the temporary clue here). If you do not yet have a username, a screen will appear providing a link to the Access Request form.
