I have looked at the project ideas page and I still don know what to do for my MSc project. Please can you (as MSc dissertation module leader) give me one?
It is not the module leader’s role to give you a project. When you complete a Masters project you should show independence as a researcher. This should start at the proposal stage. You need to spend more time considering possible areas for your research. Think about which aspects of computing interest you the most, the modules that you enjoy best, and the tutors who have inspired you. You may also like to look forward to your career: if you have ambitions to work in a certain area of computing, it is worth your while to propose an MSc project topic in this area. Have another look at the project ideas page, make a short-list of staff who share your interests and then make contact with them to discuss possible ideas further.
