i have laptop HP omnibook xe3.hashcode is 05971.i want to reset passward.please help me.
When a HP BIOS is locked with password, a checksum of that password is stored to a sector of the FlashROM – this is a chip on the motherboard of the laptop which also contains the BIOS and other settings. After you enter the wrong password 3 times your laptop will display a System-Disabled 5 or 8 decimal digits hash code. the error code is used to generate your needed BIOS password.
