I have keyed-in my reservation details correctly but I could not complete the transaction as the system responds with the message “empty space(s) are not allowed”. Whats wrong?
Our system has prompted the message “empty space(s) are not allowed” as you have entered an invalid credit card number that include empty space(s). Please re-enter your 16-digit credit card number without the empty space(s) and you should be able to submit your reservation request without further problems. If the same problem reoccurs, please e-mail that particular page to us at booking@hotdealhotels.com and let us know how you encounter the problem.
