You do not need to re-apply if your visa indicates an FS code. You do need to re-apply, however, if your visa indicates an FR code which is for LEP students. Please have your scholarship certificate, admission letter, student ID card (stamped by the registrars office of your new school), passport and ARC (valid at least for 6 months), and two passport photos ready to update your visa information at your local Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA) branch.
