BTB connector test unit is testing solution for electronic part with BTB connector,whch can replace positive connector.

BTB connector is common component for electronic products. For example, LCM, FPC, PCB, and so on. But, because of fine pitch and precision structure of BTB connector, it becomes difficult for testing this product to guide out every terminal from connector.

The existing testing solutions are as following:

Opposite connector: easy to mate and test product. But, it can not be used for mass production because of short life cycle.
Test block with POGO pin(Probe) : High cost and high level manufacturing ability for supplier.

Compared with the above solution, our BTB test unit is cheap and reliable testing solution for mass production.
